March 15, 2017 :  The online 'TaxMap (IE11 Only)', which requires JAVA, will now only function within the Internet Explorer 11 browser. This has been the trend as Java and the browsers are losing compatibility online.  We recommend you use the 'Taxmap Maptile' option. March 17, 2016 : LandApp now available for free ! This App enables you to search Landmax’s online collection of New York State real property data with ANDROID phones or tablets. Available to any individuals whose parent company currently maintains an annual lease subscription with Landmax. LandApp can be found in the Google Play Store by searching keyword: LandApp.

January 18, 2016 : We have added the 'TaxMap Maptile' feature. This is new technology which will include the tax map with the interactive property data research features of the Java maps, but also include different layer options. In the future, more layers of data will be added. Taxmap Maptile will function in any browser with no additional software necessary. Refer to the COVERAGE link for a list of what counties have the enhanced GIS data capabilities imbedded within the tax maps.

September 1, 2015 :  The online 'TaxMap WebMap', which requires JAVA, no longer functions within the Google CHROME browser. Use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. The Windows 10 operating system allows the use of Internet Explorer which should be used as an option over the EDGE browser, since EDGE will not function with the necessary JAVA.

May 29, 2015 : We have added an additional link to the tax maps. You will now find access to the tax maps in Adobe PDF format. This is meant to be a supplement to the 'WebMap' and 'Maptile' options which have the expanded interactive features.

March 31, 2014 : Chenango County tax maps have been added to the system. 

January 18, 2012 :  Customers who utilize the Landmax DeskMap taxmaps on disc, will need to upgrade that software before Dec 31, 2012. The new DeskMap Ver 2.4 and directions will be included on all discs delivered after January 2012. In the meantime, you will still be provided the standard Passcode to update the Ver 2.1 subscription, but we recommend you update to Ver 2.4 sooner than later. 

May 12, 2010 :  the option to search by the zip code of the subject parcel has been added to: C.Buffalo, Chemung, Cortland, Genesee, Greene, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Ontario, Orleans, Putnam, C. Rochester, Seneca, Sullivan and Wayne County. As the data becomes available in the assessment files, we will add this feature to additional counties.

December 23, 2009 : Cayuga County tax maps are now available

October 6, 2009  :  On October 1, 2009,  Landmax Data Systems, Inc. acquired all NY State accounts from Propertyinfo Corporation out of Houston, TX. All effected customers were notified the first week of October. Please contact us if you were not contacted or have any questions.  

June 30, 2009  : Demograhics link now available for balance of parcels. School Dist: now links to NY State report card on district.  

June 18, 2009  : Landmax DeskMap is our new viewing software which will now be provided with our CD/DVD version tax map product. This was developed to function with the newer 64 bit machines. It will take the place of the Rasterview viewing software that had been provided with our 'Landmax Taxmap PC' product.  

June 11, 2009  : Montgomery County tax maps are now available

March 19, 2009 :  Broome County and C. Binghamton now maintain ACTUAL tax amounts as billed.  

March 13, 2009 : All counties now have the 'Star Exemption' amount listed.

JAN 9, 2009 :  Seneca County tax maps are now available, bringing the total number of counties with tax maps to 40 .

Yates County and C. Binghamton tax maps are now also updated as the new map formats became available from the jurisdictions.

JAN 1, 2007 :  Landmax Data Systems, Inc. opens for business...
